Event: Drupal Developers Day 2012

Whether you’re clueless about Drupal or ready to further your working knowledge, as long as you’re open to learning, let’s meet on Saturday as the Philippine Drupal Users Group (PHDUG) will be hosting Drupal Developers Day 2012 on October 27, 2012 at the Microsoft Philippines, 8/F 6750 Ayala Office Tower, Ayala Ave. Makati City from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

First in the Philippines, core leaders of the local Drupal community will discuss a variety of topics from development, deployment to migration. There will be also talks about mobile development, testing, and Windows Azure. Participants can choose from two tracks and will have a chance to get their questions answered by these Drupal rockstars!

Our fun event won’t be complete without interactive games with awesome swags from our awesome sponsors! Don’t be shy to join!

Reminders

♥ Registration starts at 8:00 am. Program proper starts at 9:00 am. Participants may bring laptops to the venue.
♥ Bring an adaptor for your laptop. If you can share an extension cord, that would be awesome 😉
♥ We can’t assure at the time if there will be wifi at the venue so better bring those USB dongles/pocket wifi to use/share.
♥ Hope you can come in as early as 8am so we can get the party started with no delays 😉
♥ The P200 fee is inclusive of food and drinks!
♥ Please bring a valid ID to show the reception/guards. School ID, gov’t ID, company ID, and passport will do! Same goes to those who will tag along their friends last minute or prefer to walk in.

How to Get There (link to map):

  • The building is popular for the Starbucks 6750 branch located on the ground level, you won’t miss it!
  • Landmarks are Makati Shangri-La Hotel, 6750 Ayala Avenue Office Tower & Carpark, Rustan’s Department Store & Supermarket, and Intercontinental Manila.

COMMUTE: Arrive at Makati Avenue. In order to get there, either:

  • From Washington, along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia), ride a jeep to Ayala, and get off at Makati Avenue.
  • From Mantrade, along EDSA/South Super Highway, ride a jeep to Ayala, and get off at Landmark.
  • From Kalayaan, ride a jeep to Ayala/Landmark, and get off at Landmark.
  • From Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia) cor. Makati Avenue, ride a jeep to Landmark, and get off at Landmark.
  • From Libertad/Pasay Road, ride a jeep to Ayala/Landmark, and get off at Landmark.
  • If taking the MRT, alight at Ayala Station.

Walk towards Glorietta 3. 6750 building is beside Shangri-La Hotel.
