Date a girl who blogs.
Why?
She may not have 20/20 vision because of utmost exposure to her laptop’s UV radiation but her eyes always see what’s beneath the surface. A girl who blogs knows that it’s not only the actual circumstance that matters—she’s always eager to know the back story. She may annoy you sometimes because of her overthinking, but the only reason why she overthinks is because she overfeels.
A girl who blogs has a heart that overflows. Date a girl who would choose to wake up early on a Saturday to ease what her heart can’t contain. She’d rather exert that extra effort than let a moment of inspiration pass by. She’d rather make some sacrifices than lose something special.
Date a girl who enjoys keeping memories. Date a girl who’d blog about what matters to her—and, if you’re ever mentioned in her posts, you should know that you’re important.
Date a girl who knows how to let go. She’ll think twice or thrice before she can delete a blog post. It’s nothing like removing a Twitter update or a Facebook post ’cause she knows how much thoughts and feelings have been invested in a blog post. When it really is time to let go, she can even delete an entire blog site, or leave it as it is and just start something new and better.
Don’t date all girls who blog. Date a girl whose blog is at least 75% happy. She’d rather see the bright side. She may once in a while mention how you showed up late or didn’t give her flowers, but she’ll always blog about how you made her smile. Date someone who freely expresses what she feels but knows her limits. It somewhat becomes a test of courage.
Date a girl who looks at the world with big bright eyes. She’s always on the lookout for something that can make her say, “I am blogging this.” She revels in experience and immersion. She’s never bored and always explores.
Date a girl who always enjoys having something to inspire her to write. Better yet, be that inspiration.
