You don’t need to make a separate trip to the customer service area or look for the nearest loading station anymore to top up load credits. You may now buy Smart load products in all Shopwise, Rustan’s and Wellcome supermarkets!
I was one of the first to try this new service at Shopwise Cubao. The experience is similar when you buy load from your suking tindahan. Just give your mobile number and the amount of load credits. The cashier, (in this case) Ms. Roselle, will process it through the store’s POS alongside your grocery items. You will get SMS confirmation in a few minutes, with the transaction is printed out on the receipt.
