The Results Companies, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions, opened its third site last May 23, 2012 at Q Plaza, Cainta, Rizal. The celebration was attended by Cainta Mayor Mon Ilagan and Vice Mayor Roberto Sikat, various media personalities, as well as members of Results’ Executive Team.
The event started with a ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by the blessing of the facility, and a Q&A portion with Results’ Executive Team.

The initial phase of the center’s build out will result in a 250-seat cutting edge contact center, equipped with the latest technology and amenities to support the work environment. The new location will include a significant support structure of operation managers, supervisors, trainers and quality roles.
Great news for the residents of Marikina, Rizal, Pasig and Quezon City, the new facility is strategically located at the junction of these heavily populated suburban areas. The BPO operates in two other locations in the country – Silver City, Pasig and Eastwood, Quezon City.
