Going to the movies can get expensive. We hope what we miss out visually, a good sound system makes up for it.
Movie goers from the south will have an enhanced viewing experience as they can now hear the whole picture with Starmall Alabang’s Dolby Atmos cinema!
A short program consisted of a ribbon cutting ceremony, welcome message from Mr. Manny Villar and blessing of the cinema.
In his speech, Mr. Manny Villar shared Starmall’s aggressive improvements and upgrades in its existing malls to enhance the shopping, dining and entertainment experience of its customers. He is very proud to share that this Dolby Atmos cinema is the first in the south area.
On our way to the cinema, I noticed my fellow bloggers giving compliments similar to the improvement I have seen when I walked through Starmall EDSA Shaw – brighter lights, organized stalls, and more space for walking.
We headed inside Cinema 4 to watch Exodus in 3D. With Dolby Atmos technology, no matter how or where I was seated, sound came in with clarity and depth. It felt like I was part of the movie, not a mere spectator. I was more engaged in watching, even though I already viewed the film a few days back.
According to Starmall, tickets for films shown in 3D with Dolby Atmos is around P235 only! Visit Starmall Alabang (and other branches in Metro Manila and key cities around the country) and feel every dimension yourself 🙂
