Even with the advancement of today’s technology and the multitude of things we are able to enjoy during our free time, it’s not surprising people would rather spend time on social networking sites or go out with their friends to places among other things. Not that I don’t, but it seems they have forgotten about the so-called simple pleasures in life.

One of them is reading, which has always been part of my daily activities. My first read of the day usually happens while I’m having breakfast and it doesn’t matter what material it is or where I read it. My goal is to learn something or to stimulate my mind and get ready for the work ahead.

Taylor Swift’s Back with a Vengeance

By on August 21, 2012

Last time I’ve looked up Taylor Swift was when I discovered that she’s singing two songs for the movie The Hunger Games. The eerie looking music video of the song Safe and Sound (which  features The Civil Wars) fits the scene of Rue dying in the arms of Katniss to a T, like telling her, “Time to rest little one, you don’t have to suffer anymore.” The other song “Eyes Open”, which wasn’t included in the film but is listed on the soundtrack album, talks about Katniss’ relationship with the Capitol.

Tanjoubi omedetou, Syao-kun!

By on July 15, 2012

If you ask me who is my favorite male anime character right now, I would definitely give you the same answer since I was in grade school – Li Syaoran of Cardcaptor Sakura.

Manila, Philippines – Jejaview is tight. Their chemistry is flawless and their songs are densely packed, ear-candy-sonic-assaults from start to finish. Towards their fans, Jejaview is all about real interaction and getting out in the scene through concerts, gigs, and social media. Keeping it tight has been Jejaview’s mantra since day one.
